This is a group of men that will come together to build close friendships, disciple one another, serve the church, and our community. We will engage in various activities, service projects, and discipleship gatherings.

A Study of the End Times: WAKE UP! - In the Days of Noah

This Bible study explores Old Testament prophecy, the book of Revelation, and New Testament teachings concerning the last days. Together, we will examine what Jesus revealed about the end times, grow in understanding of what Scripture says about what is to come, and learn how to live watchful, prepared, and faithful as we anticipate His return (Matthew 24). Each week, members are expected to spend intentional time reading the majority of the assigned Scriptures in advance so that when we gather, our discussions are thoughtful, grounded, and Spirit-led (Co-ed group). Romans 13:11 “The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.”

Core 52 book study-book is required. Most of us want to know the Bible better, but few reach our goal, often because we’re too busy or we don’t know where to start. Life can be challenging. The world of auto mechanics, handymen, craftsmen and tradesmen is often fragmented away from our faith. Whether it be frustrations, lack of patience, finding resources or tools. Some have new and limited experience, while others have decades of learning under their belt. The mission of this group will be to unite, to learn together, to encourage and challenge one another, and to foster a new faith into the line of difficult times and duties. We will challenge each other’s humility, skillsets, curiosity, and ideas while fostering a calmer love and appreciation for life’s challenges. Faith over frustration, calmness over curse words. NR Apologetics

Semester Topic: Science and Faith. Christianity and science. For many, these two terms should never be put into a sentence together unless there's a vs in between. But, what if they are not mutually exclusive? Join me (a Christian scientist) in this women's small group as we explore how Christianity and science can complement each other, and how a deeper dive into science can actually enhance your faith. We'll be going through John Lennox's book, "Can Science Explain Everything?" while opening the door to tough questions that are often used to attempt to debunk the Christian faith. No prior expertise in science is required. All scientific concepts will be explained through videos or mini lectures. In some cases, the arguments for Christianity will be emphasized through science demos showcasing God's incredible creation from the scientific perspective! All you will need is to be ready to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your MIND" (Matthew 22:37).

Outreach Group Communities Under the Bridge - Homeless

This group will meet once a month at the CUB location to provide the following services to our homeless community around San Antonio. NorthRock purchases food. We prepare the food and serve a meal under CUB guidance, then clean-up our work areas (up to 25 individuals) Provide non-profit outreach services in the foyer (5:30-6:30 pm/Sun only) Must be at least 16 years old to serve in the kitchen. Ages 5-15 may serve in the dining room. Spots in the 5-10 age group are limited to 2-3, since there are limited areas where they can serve.

Outreach Group San Antonio Food Bank

Join us with your family to be the hands and feet of Jesus at the SA Food Bank! During this small group we work together to sort and/or pack produce, non-perishable foods, and household items, preparing them for distribution. Duties may include checking for expiration dates, opened packages and spoilage, labeling cans, and packing bags of food or household items. This serve opportunity is on a first come, first serve basis through a Food Bank link provided by your leader. We will be serving every last Saturday of the month from 9:00am -11:30am Looking forward to serving together!

Run With Endurance

Run With Endurance is a co-ed group inspired by Hebrews 12:1 — “Let us run with endurance the race set before us.” We gather to strengthen our bodies and our faith through movement, prayer, and community. All paces are welcome, from walkers to seasoned runners. Together, we fix our eyes on Jesus and remind each other that the most important race is the one that shapes our hearts. The Forge

The Forge is a men’s small group dedicated to building spiritually strong, disciplined, and watchful sons of God who know their identity in Christ and walk confidently in their Kingdom assignment. This is not intended to be a casual gathering, but a structured environment of spiritual growth where men are strengthened in biblical truth, sharpened through accountability, and equipped to stand firm in spiritual battle. For their homes and their future. The mission of The Forge is to develop men who are rooted in Scripture, clothed daily in the Armor of God, and spiritually alert. The goal is to cultivate men who are steadfast in faith, discerning in spirit, and prepared to resist the schemes of the enemy. The group operates from the conviction that spiritual growth is strengthened through brotherhood and accountability. Just as soldiers historically relied on one another to secure their armor before battle, the intent of this group is to provide mutual encouragement, spiritual accountability, and support so that no man stands alone. The purpose of The Forge is to ground men firmly in their identity in Christ, train them in spiritual discipline, strengthen their prayer lives, and deepen their understanding of Scripture. ALL CAMPUSES WELCOME TO JOIN! Unmasked is a women’s small group created for those who are tired of pretending and longing for a place to be real. This group focuses on authenticity, emotional health, and faith—exploring topics such as shame and grace, boundaries, anxiety and trust, forgiveness, and identity in Christ. Life can be heavy, and Unmasked is a place where women don’t have to carry it alone. Weekend Walking

Hello Lovelies! We are the weekend walkers! Weekend warriors! Every other Weekend steppers! Those women who don’t mind an early wake up time to get out the house and gab a little, catch up, talk about life, and most importantly about God and how great He truly is. We will be meeting for our walks at 7:15am every other weekend at various walking trail around the city of San Antonio. Walking will start by 7:30 at the latest we will walk for 2.5 - 3 miles (at minimum) every other weekend. Coffee shops will be listed the week of our walk. We definitely want to support local coffee shops so those places will be where we head to. What the Women Saw

Do women matter to the kingdom of God? Jesus was surrounded by both men and women during his ministry on earth. He saw, valued, and cared for women, and he still does today. Each one of us has a significant role. Through this six-session study, you will discover who Jesus is through the unique perspective of women in the Bible. As you study the lives of Mary, Martha, Mary Magdalene and others, you will learn from their faith and failures and be reminded that Jesus cared for and valued the women he was surrounded by. He equipped them, listened to them, walked with them, healed them, and empowered them. And he does the same for you now.
